Whitefin Charters is fishing guide service located out of Port Mansfield,Texas. Captain Raul Leal has been fishing the waters of South Texas for over 20 years. He specializes in the art of sight casting, artificial lures, and drift fishing. He also offers a 1 to 1 fly fishing experience. Captain Leal is veteran of the US Army where he learned the dedication and core values that he utilizes to operate his charter service.
